Ordered 19th Oct, arrived 1st Nov. Excellent product that works as expected. The AI analysis and reports are especially useful. Well packaged for safe delivery. My only reservation is with the quality of communications. English is clearly not their preferred language, with the result that miscommunication resulted and predictive accuracy as to date of delivery was lost. Knowing the address of the depot was useful.

I’ve been waking up around 3 am because there is no air flowing in and I find myself with my mouth open and snoring. I have a really hard time adjusting to it. It feels like I should be able to set the airflow higher but I can not set it. I’m sure I still need to learn more about it but as of now I’m not impressed

Ok this Philips MX450 Patient Monitor Display is great when it works ,The SP02 is irractic in its results. The touch screen is intermittent and you have buggy software. I cannot update the software. It is useful for the ECG and Sp02 when it works.

Battery issue We purchased an Philips Intellivue MX450 Patient Monitor | 12-inch Touchscreen Display from medcare, but the battery life is much shorter than advertised. The manufacturer claimed it would last longer, but that has not been our experience. On top of that, we later found the exact same product on Alibaba for half the price. Very disappointed overall.
