An Excellent Company Being my first time to replace pads on an nipro surplus dialysis machine, I did not turn off the power before putting the new pads in and the new pads were rejected. I responded with a bad review, but later tried again by removing the battery and putting it back in. It worked and accepted the new pads. medcare had already responded to the bad review wanting to help. I removed my bad review and am now giving an excellent one because they are obviously a great company that is very responsive.
