Verified I had a problem with the Back Pack I had a problem with the Back Pack. The top of the straps are only sowen to a thin piece of Nylon on the top. One Strap Completely tore off and the other one is torn where Backpack is totally useless. As far as the Oxgenating Unit and Batteries are Concerned they work Very well. As far as the Backpack is concerned something must be done to come up with a Much Stronger Design as I’m quite sure I’m not the First one to complain about the Backpack Straps need a Much Stronger Attachment especially if they use the 16 Cell Batteries. After sale support lacking Ordered concentrator with next day shipping. carrier tracking showed a 3 day delivery so I emailed MedCare Equip for assistance. Never heard back from them. Tried 3 times. I was able to eventually solve the issue myself, but was left with little confidence in after sales support.

The sales people with this company are amazing! I purchased a stationary Product from this company several years ago and have been very satisfied with it. Our summer home is at 9500 feet in elevation and this year the doctor prescribed supplemental oxygen for my wife as well. I called the store and was greeted by Aisha who remembered me and he had record of the machine that I purchased. I ordered another one and it was shipped carrier with delivery the next day! I can’t remember when I have gotten such remarkable customer service!

All went well, order, delivery, however there was no manual or instructions with the charger. Question – does it matter if the battery is fully charged and it is left on the charger?? Or should the battery be removed from charger when fully charged?? Can the charger remain plugged in even when not charging a battery??
