Need shipping instructions for the $375 maintenance I have paid you for maintenance of my Oxygen one concentrator. $375. 6 days later, I still have no idea how and where I should ship the concentrator for maintenance. Hopefully this will resolve itself. I was told I would get that information between one and three business days. We’re working on the sixth day. Please someone give me the mailing instructions
