Customer service over the phone is… Customer service over the phone is excellent. However, when I sent my unit in for repair, there’s a definite lack of comminication. Most people depend on their units on a daily basis – which makes it more difficult when the unit has to be repaired. Maybe offer more communications as to status of repair and if possible offer rental units during the repair process.

thanks we you need to be sure people realize they only have seven days to decide if they want to keep it or not in my case I don’t enough in home help so the oxygen box wasn’t opened right away and I was under the impression it was lighter in weight. I also didn’t like the fact that it didn’t work right and I’d have to do a hard set, didn’t want something i’d always be working on

I have 2 Eclipse 5 POCs one through… I have 2 Eclipse 5 POCs one through insurance one I purchased myself, both have needed repair, in the meantime (without) my self-purchased machine I would be without oxygen, the lastest breakdown was fixed quickly and Aisha is already back in my possession, but there was no explanation of what happened or even what the code (Fail 5) meant
