For the second time i needed to replace… For the second time i needed to replace my CAire portable concentrator. It is warranteed but only covers a reconditioned machine and I have no idea how many hours are on that reconditioned machine. Is this fair? No. These are expensive and warranty should be better.

I received my Sequal Eclipse 5… I received my Sequal Eclipse 5 Concentrator back from the service/repair center on 7/31. I sent it in for preventative maintenance, my warranty expires on 8/29, and to check a rattle when I us the machine on pulse flow. The machine still has the rattle. And I have no idea what the technician found or did to it. I never received an email,as I always have in the past, regarding the service/repair. I hope it is providing proper % of medical grade oxygen and the other components, compressor,ATF valve,etc. are in proper working order. I really hope I can get more time with the machine after the warranty expires,it still has just under 10,000 hours of use. Sincerely. Ronald Mondlak

OK overall, but hiccups. The delivery was on time… but the Tracker was not functional. I had a hard time getting an accurate value for the battery’s W-hr rating. I got it in the end, but it was pulling teeth!

Not happy!! There was a lot of confusion as to where my concentrator should be sent for repairs, since it was out of warranty I received 3 different mailing labels. It took a week to get me the right label. I called 2 weeks later after mailing to ask how soon I would hear back to know the extent of the repairs and was told 4 to 6 weeks before I would know the cost of repairs. When I purchased the machine, I was told that repairs, if needed, would be a much faster turnaround. Not happy with this whole process.

I liked the speedy delivery. But my unit weighs more than I was told it would. The bag is too small, and the cheap plastic hooks on strap broke. I wish I could get ahold of somebody to correct this.
