    Educated to make good purchase, seller was condescending just once but I didn’t appreciate that tone as I’m new to this medical equipment. I was very confused about the different types of Products (stationary or portable, continuous air flow or not). The information helped us make a decision that was both reasonably affordable and good for my health. As this area is new to me, I asked a question at one point in the conversation and felt the answer was condescending. I didn’t appreciate that. Otherwise the shipping was quick and I feel good about my purchase.

    Not happy!! There was a lot of confusion as to where my concentrator should be sent for repairs, since it was out of warranty I received 3 different mailing labels. It took a week to get me the right label. I called 2 weeks later after mailing to ask how soon I would hear back to know the extent of the repairs and was told 4 to 6 weeks before I would know the cost of repairs. When I purchased the machine, I was told that repairs, if needed, would be a much faster turnaround. Not happy with this whole process.

I did not receive it until the following Thursday, December 10. I was struggling and not breathing well. Would never have ordered from you had I known it would take this long to receive it.
