I was very confused about the different types of Products (stationary or portable, continuous air flow or not). The information helped us make a decision that was both reasonably affordable and good for my health. As this area is new to me, I asked a question at one point in the conversation and felt the answer was condescending. I didn’t appreciate that. Not happy!! There was a lot of confusion as to where my concentrator should be sent for repairs, since it was out of warranty I received 3 different mailing labels. It took a week to get me the right label. I called 2 weeks later after mailing to ask how soon I would hear back to know the extent of the repairs and was told 4 to 6 weeks before I would know the cost of repairs. When I purchased the machine, I was told that repairs, if needed, would be a much faster turnaround. Not happy with this whole process.
