Outstanding Support and Compassion – Aisha is a Lifesaver! I had been desperately searching for help after being provided with a Rhythm POC from my Oxygen Company, Naples Oxygen. But, they could not give me any information as they said, they only handle oxygen not POC’s. I tried New Brunswick as that is who bills me, but they could not help or answer any questions either. I received no information, no instructions—nothing. It was an incredibly overwhelming experience, especially with an upcoming air travel plan. I couldn’t even reach a real person on the phone—until I met Cirus. After nearly four frustrating hours and ending up in tears, Aisha came to my rescue. She was kind, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through everything I needed to know: how to use the machine, how to store it properly, and—most importantly—how many batteries I would need for travel. I am beyond grateful. Thanks to her guidance, I now plan to purchase three additional batteries for the rental unit—something I didn’t even realize I had signed for, as I was never given any documentation or support beforehand. Cirus is truly a compassionate and helpful person who made a world of difference in my life. The usage Worked well- Repair policy not so grear I was very disappointed that when I has to send in my unit for repair the only offer to assist me was to spend another $3,000 doe a second unit. My usage over the year I have owned the unit has been great.
