At In-Home Medcare Ltd, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our medical equipment and make returns and refunds as simple and fair as possible. This policy ensures that you feel secure, protected, and valued when shopping with us.
Easy Returns
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Products must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or your order was damaged in transit, we will arrange free return shipping and provide a 100% refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including:

Products clearly marked as “non-returnable” on their product page
 
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or wallet refund).
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Replacements & Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will ship the new product to you at no extra cost once the returned item is received.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
International Orders
For international shipments, refunds are available in cases of damaged or defective items.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
